Who we are
This website belongs to Ethan Cookson Independent Travel Agency, based in Gloucester, England. For anything about your data, email Ethan.cookson99@hotmail.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, the details you type (name, email, phone number and your holiday requirements) are delivered by our form provider, Formspree, straight to Ethan’s email so he can reply. That’s the only reason they’re collected. They are not sold, shared for marketing, or added to any mailing list without your permission.
If you contact Ethan on WhatsApp, by phone or on Facebook, those services’ own privacy policies also apply.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any holiday planning that follows, then deleted.
Cookies
Necessary cookies make the site work — including remembering your cookie choice itself. Analytics cookies would give us anonymous statistics about how the site is used; they are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. This site uses no marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser — the banner will appear again.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email Ethan.cookson99@hotmail.co.uk and Ethan will sort it. If you’re not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
